Target actions for 2025
Over the next year, UW Sustainability will continue to act as a central resource for sustainability and connection across the UW community. The development of a new Sustainability Action Plan will be key to creating a one framework for the UW, as it will include a clear vision, goals and targets for 2050. This plan will identify new and ambitious goals, strategies, and actions tailored to the unique needs of the tri-campus system, ensuring a cohesive and intersectional approach to sustainability.
The new Plan will be guided by UW Sustainability’s mission and vision statements, with a focus on expanding living lab opportunities and allocating sufficient resources to ensure successful advancement of the mission and vision.
