Help UW stay green by filling out your W-4 online. Staff who opt out of paper forms can access their forms online even before the paper copies are available, and help the UW save money by reducing paper and printing costs.

It’s easy to complete your W-4 online. Simply log into Employee Self Service and select the Taxes tab, then Update W-4 Selection and follow the onscreen instructions. Employees are required to update their W-4 by February 15 of the following year to keep receiving appropriate tax deductions.
