Hello friends! My name is Sydney Solis and I’m stoked to join the UW Sustainability team as a GoodBiz blogging intern. I’m double degreeing in Business and Community, Environment, and Planning (CEP), as well as doing the Spanish track of the International Business Certificate, all in the hopes of using business as a catalyst for social and environmental change. I’m incredibly passionate about the intersection between sustainability and business, which I’m excited to explore even more by writing for the GoodBiz blog! I’m originally from Olympia, Washington, and when I’m not writing or studying, you can find me getting lost in Seattle on a run or bike ride, cooking, reading (usually while drinking way too much coffee), volunteering on the UW farm, wandering the farmers market, and spending time with dear friends.
