The University of Washington is offering a Green Chemistry and Chemical Stewardship Online Certificate program. For those interested, there will be complimentary online information sessions on August 22 and September 14.

The sessions include details on course curriculum, time commitments and more. Also, a program representative will be there to help answer any questions you might have. RSVP and instructions will be emailed on how to connect to the webinar using Adobe Connect.

Those who choose to take the course will learn how to incorporate the principles of green chemistry into product design and industrial processes. Plus, examine the connection between chemical toxicity and human health, while assessing how these factors influence material and product decision-making.
